Un homme de 41 ans présentait une hypertrophie de la prostate et une rétention urinaire. Une résection transurétrale de la prostate a été réalisée. Elle sera suivie d'une cystoprostatectomie à visée carcinologique. La tumeur envahissait le col de la vessie, mais la résection a été complète. Prostate.


Male of 41 year with an enlarged prostate and urinary outflow obstruction. A transurethral resection of the prostate was performed, followed by a cystoprostatectomy in order to remove the tumorous process completely. The tumour was found to invade the bladder neck, but the resection was radical. Organ site: Prostate.
