Clinical information
A 59-year old man
was found to have a large sessile polyp during surveillance colonoscopy. The
polyp was extensively sampled to reveal a tubulovillous adenoma with low-grade
dysplasia, but the lesion was incompletely excised. He underwent subsequent
resection of the rectosigmoid colon.
