Clinical information
M/55. Several days after accidental ingestion of fish bone, he developed fever and hemoptysis.
Emergency operation revealed oozing of blood from right tonsil, and tonsillectomy was performed (tonsils showed reactive changes on histologic examination).
During operation, a firm nodule (1 cm size) was incidentally found at the tongue base. Subsequently, this nodule was biopsied.
