Clinical information
Female, 76-year-old with a history of left thyroid nodule that has recently started growing fast causing slight ·dysphagia and apparently invading the local structures of the neck.
A clinical diagnosis of "anaplastie carcinoma" was made (no FNAB) and the patient was submitted to a quasi-total thyroidectomy with bilateral lymphadenectorny .
