Clinical information
77 year old female originally presented with recurrent urinary tract infections and was found to have inguinal adenopathy on CT. No B-symptoms. PET/CT showed scattered small level IV cervical lymph nodes with only minimal FDG activity, scattered retroperitoneal lymph nodes with moderate FDG activity concerning for lymphoma, bilateral external iliac and inguinal enlarged lymph nodes with mild FDG activity concerning for lymphoma.
