Clinical information
A 56-year old man presented with generalized lymphadenopathy and right orbital mass. Past history: insulin-dependent diabetes, thymoma (1995), sclerosing cholangitis (resolved), peripheral vascular disease, and myocardial infarction.
Recently, monoclonal IgG-kappa was also detected in the blood, accompanied by a mild increase of lymphoid cells and plasma cells in the marrow.
A 3 cm axillary lymph node was excised.
