Clinical information
A 55 year old female presented with a low paraspinal mass, leading to a diagnosis of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. She received R-CHOP therapy, achieving a complete remission. Five years later she presented with generalized lymph node involvement. A lymph node was biopsied. Images are provided from the original biopsy in 2006 and the lymph node biopsy in 2011.
