Clinical information

59 year old male with remote history of “non-Hodgkin lymphoma” treated with radiation therapy developed interstitial pulmonary fibrosis and underwent lung transplant. Mediastinal and left hilar lymph nodes (up to ~2.5cm) were excised at the time of the lung transplantation. The latter lymph node is submitted for your review.
