Clinical information

F/27, presented with left parotid swelling. Conservative excision of posterior lobe was performed in another hospital, with a diagnosis of "acinic cell carcinoma" being rendered. PET-CT scan after operation showed residual focal activity in the left parotid region, leading to performance of conservative left parotidectomy and modified radical neck dissection.
